NEW STUDY REVEALS : Black People Believe in " Luck " more than God (434 hits)

RELIGION NEWS : A year long study among black people across the country reveals that when asked about whether they believe in the power of " luck " over the blessings of a god 98% said - luck is more believable.

Most black people believe in the saying " seeing is believing " and that luck can be seen and recognized in our daily lives. And the blessings of a god are not seen , but rather associated with god only because of their religious programming.

This study also revealed that most Black Christians in actuality pray for " luck " but for the sake of religion call them " blessings ". And most black people attend church in hopes of becoming blessed or as we now know " lucky " rather than becoming righteous.

This study laid the groundwork for the religious philosophy taught by The Church of Black Syientology. Because rather than trying to convince people of a god that blesses his worshippers, the church appeals to the humanistic universal belief in luck.

And instead of praying , the practice of " gambling " is used to strengthen this belief that " the person themselves " is lucky. This takes the hard to believe in blessings of god out of the equation and builds self-esteem which many gamblers believe Is the secret to luck.

Black Syientology is the first religion that teaches the power of luck over the age old teachings of blessings associated with a particular god. And this idea is finding popularity among blacks because it appeals to a natural belief rather than a man made doctrine that is oft times unattractive to the so-called unholy.

Although highly criticized by conservative black pastors the concept of a " religion of luck " is showing to be more appealing in a society where 4 out of 5 black people are gamblers. And because the majority of black Americans are financially disadvantaged. A religion of luck among a race that is defiantly in need of luck could surprisingly become the new pillar of the black community.
