What the hell are you Democrats whining about? This is YOUR fault.

Friday, January 11th 2019 at 9:14PM
Steve Williams
The Fault is all Trump's and you know it, Steve. LOL!!! Open up the Government, NOW!!!

Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
Thank You Jessica for these warm words. Please feel free to jump in and share your thoughts on any subject.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
So Ron, you think all the President is, is a rubber stamp? Guess again. These next two years are going to be hugely entertaining. I almost feel sorry for you people.

Saturday, January 12th 2019 at 10:16PM
Steve Williams
What do you mean Steve?

Saturday, January 12th 2019 at 10:19PM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
Ron, why the hell should the President cosign the Democrats' budget, that's already late, that kicks the can down the road, with another lame-ass "Continuing Resolution", that doesn't give him what he wants?

Saturday, January 12th 2019 at 10:27PM
Steve Williams
Steve, don't you understand that the Republicans had the power for two long years to give Trump what he wanted and they did not, ask yourself what was the reason why? What changed? Trump will not get this wall by vote.

Saturday, January 12th 2019 at 10:44PM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
Why do you keep repeating that lie? 51 votes does not get you control of the Senate. You need SIXTY, not 51 and not 53. YOU'RE A DAMN DIRTY LIAR RON.

Saturday, January 12th 2019 at 10:50PM
Steve Williams
The nuclear option is a parliamentary procedure that allows the United States Senate to override a rule – specifically the 60-vote rule to close debate – by a simple majority of 51 votes, rather than the two-thirds supermajority normally required to amend the rules.

Saturday, January 12th 2019 at 11:31PM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
That may be Ron, and Mitch is not under any compulsion to use the "nuclear option".

Saturday, January 12th 2019 at 11:46PM
Steve Williams
Steve, don't you understand that the Republicans had the power for two long years to give Trump what he wanted and they did not, ask yourself what was the reason why? What changed?

Sunday, January 13th 2019 at 1:00PM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
Nothing changed Ron. The Republicans still lack 60 votes in the Senate, and the DACA kids are still protected by the Ninth Circuit.

Sunday, January 13th 2019 at 1:33PM
Steve Williams
What Changed was this. That WALL that you and Trump want, will not happen until the Mitch let those PASS House Bills, hit the floor of the Senet for a vote and that is a FACT.

Sunday, January 13th 2019 at 2:57PM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
The shutdown could last MONTHS.

Sunday, January 13th 2019 at 8:42PM
Steve Williams
That is all up to Trump.

What happen to that talk about a national crisis that Trump was crowing about?

Sunday, January 13th 2019 at 9:12PM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
It probably IS all up to Trump. As usual, Congress is impotent and the Ninth Circuit is a JOKE.

Sunday, January 13th 2019 at 9:29PM
Steve Williams
What's on the calendar Ron? You can look it up you know.

They need to go to work.

The Senate stands adjourned until 3:00pm on Monday, January 14, 2019.

Since you so badly want to see Mitch, I'm sure you'll be watching, won't you Ron?

Monday, January 14th 2019 at 1:12PM
Steve Williams
Yes Sir, won't you be watching Steve?

Monday, January 14th 2019 at 1:40PM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
I plan to. The alternative is Ali and Stephanie, followed by Mad Cow Nicole.

Monday, January 14th 2019 at 2:03PM
Steve Williams
Cool...

Monday, January 14th 2019 at 3:06PM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
Why were all the Democrats complaining about Mitch, when all they have to do is vote for wall funding at one one-thousandth of the total 2019 budget? How ridiculous.

Monday, January 14th 2019 at 7:47PM
Steve Williams
You must have forgotten that The House already passed bill for the budget, that Mitch is sitting on in the Senate.
Monday, January 14th 2019 at 8:13PM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
Mitch is waiting for these complaining Democrats to commit to a bill the President will sign. Because the Democrats don't have the votes to override a presidential veto. They know it, and Mitch knows it.

Monday, January 14th 2019 at 8:29PM
Steve Williams
That is not how a separate body of government is suppose to work. the Legislative Branch of government is the most powerful. In the Legislative Branch of the Government, they are able to pass laws and send them to the president for a YES OR NO VOTE as well as impeach the president and not wait on the president to give a nod to the senate for approval.

This is THE LIE and The Cover-up of The Republican Party under Trump and Putin is laughing his ass off at The U.S. right now because it was so smooth Trump base is just now seeing what was none.

.

Monday, January 14th 2019 at 10:35PM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
The legislative branch is NOT the most powerful branch Ron. All that is needed to send a bill to the President is a majority, but to override a veto requires a full SIXTY-SEVEN votes. That's a heavy lift when compared to a party line vote and the party line is 47 against 53. The only solution is for Senate Democrats to compromise, and convince their lesser cousins to do the same.

Monday, January 14th 2019 at 10:47PM
Steve Williams
The founding Fathers set it up for the Legislative Branch of government to be the most powerful branch of Government. In the Legislative Branch of the Government, for to be that way Steve. You have a 100 member seat Senate and a 435 members in the House of Representatives, which makes it the most powerful branch of Government.

Now the Republicans have the majority in the Senate with 53 votes and 47 Democratic votes which make the Republicans the dominate Party in the Senate where Mitch has given his power and control of The Senate over to the Republican President Donald J. Trump, which was never suppose to be that way and have not never been seen before in this nations history, that is the reason why the country is in the fix, that it is in right now.

This is a grab for POWER and nothing more.

Tuesday, January 15th 2019 at 8:08AM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
Then why is the most important election the one for PRESIDENT? Why does half the electorate stay home during the midterms?

Tuesday, January 15th 2019 at 9:33AM
Steve Williams
What it is Ron is that the People want a King. That's what gets them out to vote.

Tuesday, January 15th 2019 at 9:35AM
Steve Williams
No Steve, You may want a KING, autocrat, authoritarian or a dictator which you will never see in this country but the people wants to see this in our President:

I hunger for a leader who is authentic. What does this mean? It means a leader whose thoughts, words and actions are in alignment with a set of genuine values which Trump does not have. A leader who knows they don't have to be perfect, but desires perfection as a goal. A leader who puts country over party and his country first and not Russia no matter the consequences, and who is genuine in their approach to all sides in reaching solutions. Now hear this, I don't see that quality here in Trump.

I think It is time we had a leader again who retains the values of our incredible past of this country, but is forward-looking in what we want to accomplish. A leader who understands the Constitutional principles upon which this great nation was founded, but is setting an innovative vision ahead that moves us all to a better place and not toward Putin and the Russian way of LIVE. You can't find the promised land if you are looking backwards at some long-gone era and rereading the lines of a dusty document or following behind some Russian dictator in hopes to gain favor for some selfish motive like building a Trump Tower in Moscow.

Steve, following Trump, Is this what you mean by "Let's make America Great Again?"

Steve, What I want to see is a leader who is not afraid to show their heart, to convey deep feelings on heartfelt concerns and to show a level of vulnerability. But we also want a leader who can hold strong and calm in a storm of data and information and desires. We want a leader who is intellectually curious, who looks for new solutions to problems and is not trapped in the mantra of the old ways. But also has a big enough heart to embrace Americans across segments and divisions.

I have a few more thoughts on this subject but I will stop at this one. I would love to see a leader who can delegate and practice accountability in management and leadership because we don't have that quality in Trump, just by looking at his past.. In a complex world all decisions can't be forced through a hierarchical model. It is important that creativity and responsiveness is encouraged through delegation. But delegation without accountability is chaos. And this accountability needs to not only be conducted outward from the leader's office, but to come back inward from folks outside the decision makers circle. Accountability is a two-way street.

We has such leadership in President Obama and we will find such leadership again.

YOUR QUESTION: Then why is the most important election the one for PRESIDENT?

MY REPLY: Steve, do you know what Popular sovereignty is? Or the sovereignty of the people's rule is Steve?

Let me tell you my thoughts of what sovereignty of the people's rule is. It is the principle that the authority of a state and its government is created and sustained by the consent of its people, through their elected representatives (Rule by the People), who are the source of all political power.

YOUR QUESTION: Why does half the electorate stay home during the midterms?

MY REPLY: Not during this midterm election. Women in 2018, women candidates have broken the records for the number of candidates for governor, U.S. House and U.S. Senate. And that trend continued in the 2018 midterm elections.

Steve, in The U.S. House of Representatives elected a record number of women, with at least 90 women made their way to Washington, D.C. in January.

Individual candidates also achieved historic firsts. Democrats Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib became the first Muslim women elected to Congress. Republican Marsha Blackburn became Tennessee’s first female Senator. Democrats Deb Haaland and Sharice Davids became the first Native American women elected to Congress. Republican Kristi Noem became South Dakota’s first female governor.

So many people came out to vote in this mid-term this time, that our pouring of people voting in this mid-term has broke for mold in mid-term elections in The United States of America.

Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
One question jumps out at me right off the bat Ron. You approve DACA even though it was the act of an AUTOCRAT. Correct?

Tuesday, January 15th 2019 at 6:39PM
Steve Williams
Is that all you got have reading my powerful and thoughtful reply to you inquires? I have answered your questions fully and now you want to run off and now talk about DACA.

So you must agree with me about the finer qualities of the President of The United States of America and that we don't find those qualities in Donald J. Trump?

Tuesday, January 15th 2019 at 8:44PM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
I said the People want a King and I pointed out that Obama acted like a King when he started DACA by an Executive Order and you People fully approve.

Wednesday, January 16th 2019 at 12:32AM
Steve Williams
As far as answering your effusiveness, remember I was busy with the AG confirmation hearing all day.

Wednesday, January 16th 2019 at 12:38AM
Steve Williams
So you must agree with me about the finer qualities of the President of The United States of America and that we don't find those qualities in Donald J. Trump?

Wednesday, January 16th 2019 at 8:03AM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
No Ron, I don't agree with anything you said. All I see are the thoughts of an establishment flunky.

Wednesday, January 16th 2019 at 9:24AM
Steve Williams

What part of what I said makes you think that way, Steve?

POINT IT OUT!!!! TELL ME!!!

Wednesday, January 16th 2019 at 2:03PM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
Like this goody goodness Ron. It makes me want to puke.

Steve, What I want to see is a leader who is not afraid to show their heart, to convey deep feelings on heartfelt concerns and to show a level of vulnerability.

Wednesday, January 16th 2019 at 7:15PM
Steve Williams
What is wrong with that Steve?

Wednesday, January 16th 2019 at 8:13PM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
A leader needs strength and decisiveness, not those fuzzy wuzzy FEELINGS you say you admire and that politicians use to manipulate.

Wednesday, January 16th 2019 at 10:01PM
Steve Williams
You ignored that decisiveness Trump showed you when he signed the 2018 omnibus bill. He will not sign a CR Ron.

Wednesday, January 16th 2019 at 10:06PM
Steve Williams
What fuzzy wuzzy FEELINGS are you talking about Steve? Are you talking about this: "I hunger for a leader who is authentic. Now hear this, I don't see that quality here in Trump?"

Thursday, January 17th 2019 at 7:55AM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
Or how about this Steve: "I think It is time we had a leader again who retains the values of our incredible past of this country, but is forward-looking in what we want to accomplish. A leader who understands the Constitutional principles upon which this great nation was founded, but is setting an innovative vision ahead that moves us all to a better place and not toward Putin and the Russian way of LIVE. You can't find the promised land if you are looking backwards at some long-gone era and rereading the lines of a dusty document or following behind some Russian dictator in hopes to gain favor for some selfish motive like building a Trump Tower in Moscow.?"

Thursday, January 17th 2019 at 7:57AM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
What are "the values of our incredible past of this country"?

Thursday, January 17th 2019 at 8:03AM
Steve Williams
I answer this question in my last reply to you but let me shade the highlights to your question, Steve:

"A leader who understands the Constitutional principles upon which this great nation was founded, but is setting an innovative vision ahead that moves us all to a better place and not toward Putin and the Russian way of LIVE."

Do you see my answer to your question, Steve?

Thursday, January 17th 2019 at 11:12AM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
I know what your answer is Ron. I say that these ooey gooey ideals ARE NOT the values of are past. The are the ideals of your corrupt modernism.

Thursday, January 17th 2019 at 12:53PM
Steve Williams
We don't have an incredible past Ron. It's just an ordinary past and our future will be just as ordinary.

Thursday, January 17th 2019 at 12:58PM
Steve Williams
And you are a liar and a deceit if you think any of your leaders understands the Constitution.

Thursday, January 17th 2019 at 1:00PM
Steve Williams
Are you a American Steve? The United States has a great pass and here's what I mean.

The United States became the world's leading industrial power at the turn of the 20th century due to an outburst of entrepreneurship in the Northeast and Midwest and the arrival of millions of immigrant workers and farmers from Europe.

The United States became the world's leading industrial power at the turn of the 20th century due to an outburst of entrepreneurship in the Northeast and Midwest and the arrival of millions of immigrant workers and farmers from Europe.

During World War I, the United States declared war on Germany in 1917 and funded the Allied victory the following year.

Women obtained the right to vote in 1920, with Native Americans obtaining citizenship and the right to vote in 1924.

After a prosperous decade in the 1920s, the Wall Street Crash of 1929 marked the onset of the decade-long worldwide Great Depression. Democratic President Franklin D. Roosevelt ended the Republican dominance of the White House and implemented his New Deal programs, which included relief for the unemployed, support for farmers, Social Security and a minimum wage.

The New Deal defined modern American liberalism. After the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941, the United States entered World War II and financed the Allied war effort and helped defeat Nazi Germany in the European theater. Its involvement culminated in using newly invented nuclear weapons on two Japanese cities to defeat Imperial Japan in the Pacific theater.

In the 1960s, in large part due to the strength of the Civil Rights Movement, another wave of social reforms was enacted by enforcing the constitutional rights of voting and freedom of movement to African-Americans and other racial minorities.

I can go on about the greatness of The United States of America but those evens that I have sighted made this country the greatest FREE country on EARTH, with a great pass.

Steve, Are you a American?

Thursday, January 17th 2019 at 6:27PM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
America was founded on one of the greatest documents in human history, the United States Constitution. As our founding President predicted, party politics have PROGRESSIVELY diminished America until its end is right around the corner. HALF the country now HATES General Washington's current heir to this lofty office. And you are the willing instrument of this decay and destruction Ron. Don't lecture me on greatness and CITIZENSHIP.

Thursday, January 17th 2019 at 6:49PM
Steve Williams
I asked you a question Steve, Are you a American?

Thursday, January 17th 2019 at 7:06PM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
I said Ron, don't lecture me on citizenship.

Thursday, January 17th 2019 at 7:37PM
Steve Williams
What is the matter Steve, did my question hit a nerve?

Thursday, January 17th 2019 at 8:53PM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
No Ron. You've asked the question and I've answered it before. The shutdown is about the wall and the wall is about citizenship. And you are a liar if you think have any credibility on the subject of citizenship and the duty of citizens.

Thursday, January 17th 2019 at 9:35PM

I asked you a question Steve, Are you a American?

Thanks for the question Ron. Thank you.

Friday, January 18th 2019 at 11:04AM
Steve Williams
What is the answer, to the question, that you are thanking me for, Steve?

Friday, January 18th 2019 at 7:57PM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
The same one I've given you at least rwice before. Are you a bot Ron?

Friday, January 18th 2019 at 8:09PM
Steve Williams
No Steve, I am not a bot. Not why didn't you answer my question Steve?

Friday, January 18th 2019 at 8:27PM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
Thank you, thank you very much everybody.

Sorry Ron, I seem to have misplaced my birth certificate.

Saturday, January 19th 2019 at 1:37PM
Steve Williams
You know the answer to this question and you don't need a birth certificate, Steve, Are you a American?

Saturday, January 19th 2019 at 4:44PM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
You'd never know the difference if I lied or told the truth. Would you Ron?

Saturday, January 19th 2019 at 5:37PM
Steve Williams
WHY would you LIE Steve? Are you an American?

Saturday, January 19th 2019 at 7:07PM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
I look like a Russian, don't you think Ron?

Saturday, January 19th 2019 at 7:32PM

I don't trust you with the answer Ron, nothing personal. But you never called me back, remember?

Call me and I'll tell you Ron.

Saturday, January 19th 2019 at 9:38PM
Steve Williams
I don't know you like that and we are not going together Sorry. If you can't answer that simple question, then you and people from the southern borders have a lot in common.

My question is, Are you are American?

Sunday, January 20th 2019 at 9:15AM
Dea. Ron Gray Sr.
Well you should, know me that way Ron. I don't answer the citizenship question for just anyone you know.
