Summer Associates Program:
An 11-week, paid summer internship where students gain real work experience, have extensive networking opportunities, and can serve as leaders on program committees.
Financial Management Rotation (FMR) program:
The Financial Management Rotation (FMR) program is a two year leadership development program. During this time, you are a full-time employee of UPMC (with full-time salary and full-time benefits!). Throughout the two years, you will experience four six-month rotations that span across all divisions at UPMC: Corporate Services, Hospital Services, Insurance Services, International and Commercial Services, and Physician Services. During the program, there is high-level exposure to all of our executives, including UPMC's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Robert DeMichiei.
Information Services Division Rotation (ISDR) program:
The ISD Rotation (ISDR) program is a two year leadership development program. During this time, you are a full-time employee of UPMC (with full-time salary and full-time benefits!). Throughout the two years, you will experience four six-month rotations. These rotations span across all divisions at UPMC: Business Solutions, Enterprise Solutions, and Enterprise Infrastructure. During the program, there is high-level exposure to all of our executives, including UPMC's Chief Operating Officer, Tom Perrine.
