More detail on responsibilities:
-Work directly with clients by phone, email and in person
-Gather required information to run an effective implementation
-Train clients on system functionality and the implementation process
-Run implementations according to client timelines
-Perform and document a detailed logistics review for each event at least three days prior to an event
-Manage staff and execute run of show to deliver flawless events for clients
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries
-Anticipate the needs of your clients
-Handle and quickly resolve customer complaints or issues
-Direct unresolved issues and requests to 501 team leads
-Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
-Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
-Maintain customer databases
-Communicate and coordinate with the tech team
-Improve and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
-Build out both internal and customer-facing documentation to improve implementation and event execution
