This is a Remote - Work from Home Opportunity HBCU CONNECT is looking to hire a new team member for a customer facing role on our client services team where you will onboard new customers, help them get set up with services they purchase, and exercise your creative editing skills to develop content promoting the opportunities our clients have to offer to the HBCU Community via articles, blogs, email announcements, social media posts and more!
We will consider folks with all educational backgrounds but you must be computer saavy, know how to use social media, write effectively, and be able to communicate well with clients over the phone and by email.
Responsibilities:
- Manage intake of new clients assisting with campaign set up and content development to support / promote their initiatives.
- Develop and post content for all social media channels (HBCUConnect, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Develop content and design for client email blasts.
- Develop Press Releases.
- Manage content development for student and alumni magazines.
- Host demo zoom calls to onboard new clients.
