Requirements
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, financing, or a related field from an accredited university
• Solid knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience with internal audits of public companies
Ideal Experience:
• CPA
• Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm
• Master’s Degree in Accounting
• 8+ years of accounting experience in an investment, banking, venture, or finance organization
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting, internal controls, and public company financial reporting
• Proficient in financial modeling and private company valuation
• Understanding of venture capital
• Strong proficiency in MS Office

Venture Capital Associate
Requirements:
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, or a related field, from an accredited university
• 1-3 years’ experience in an investment banking program or other financial services related field
Ideal Qualifications:
• Proven attention to detail and ability to critically think beyond the numbers and ask pointed questions
• Interest and curiosity in one or several emerging areas of technology or business
• Ability to synthesize several, sometimes conflicting, viewpoints into informed opinions and recommendations
• Ability to balance and prioritize several simultaneous efforts
• Financial modeling skills, including the ability to understand and analyze company financials
• Strong proficiency in MS Office
