Sample Responsibilities

• Research and written analyses of federal health policy developments, including bills and regulations relating to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance markets
• Consistent engagement with firm clients via video and teleconference, email, and in-person meetings
• Delivery of insightful, actionable consultation to clients
• Preparation of advocacy materials and issue briefs for lobbying campaigns

Compensation and Benefits Include:

• Competitive salary starting at $100,000-$110,000 based on experience and qualifications;
• Performance-based bonus equal to at least 15-20% of base salary, paid out semi-annually;
• Full premium for bronze level family health insurance coverage;
• 15 days all-purpose PTO + three weeks off around the November & December holidays + all Federal holidays;
• Flexibility to work remotely over 80% of the time.
