As our communities has progressed the women of today has too, while the male has become somewhat of an enigma to scholars. Women have a steady increase in education and thus most powerful and well paid personnel in America are now women. To what do we account this for? Maybe there is a lack of male role models, leadership by males in the community, or lack of real fathers in each home. At this point scholars would like to know why. Why have the numbers fallen so drastically over the last twenty years? Why do males in America see it wrong to become a more educated and well round individual?
