Job Description
Sage Business Cloud Marketplace is the strategic platform enabling Sage to accelerate product roadmaps and address customer industries to position as a trusted provider of complete solutions. The ISV Program Manager will help to manage our ISV’s presence on the Marketplace and assist the ISV PMM and the ISV PAM in helping to grow the Sage ISV revenue contribution and to Sage North America.
Key Responsibilities
• Help to create and enable solutions for commerce on the marketplace
• Maintain platform solutions updates and listings
• Monitor and promote marketplace as a one-stop-shop via campaign placement, SEO, and integration to channel marketing activities
• Maintain operations process w/ sales admin for price sheet and quote tool integration
• Go to market content lead for Marketplace listings in collaboration with partner ISVs
• Multi-channel strategy alignment for Strategic priority ISV solutions in segments
• Promotion and strategic bundling of ISV solutions to promote customer acquisition and lower account churn
• Support and drive the creation of product marketing plans to engage with the US developer community, energize and grow a market-leading developer ecosystem
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Channel Management or Channel Program support, Channel Marketing or Channel Partner program support experience or equivalent is preferred
• Operational capabilities and ability to achieve precision and collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups in global environment
• Working knowledge of SEO, branding, and general marketing principles to promote the Sage business cloud Marketplace and assist ISV PAM’s and the ISV Marketing Manager with GTM efforts Excellent people and relationship management skills, with experience of working closely with cross-functional and central teams and supporting the ISV PAM’s in growing the Sage ISV business in North America
• Thrives when working in a matrix environment, where colleagues need to be supported, driven, influenced to deliver business growth through new initiatives
• Proven track record in GTM planning and execution, including experience of working with multiple business functions
• Strong commercial acumen working within a channel ecosystem and with ISV’s a definite plus
• Strong communication skills and comfortable writing and editing content in English, working with both internal and external marketing and product marketing teams
• Proven skills managing multiple projects with very tight deadlines
• Comfortable presenting and delivering sales training sessions/webinars
• Degree in Business or Marketing is desired but not essential
