HIRING INCENTIVE UP TO $2,500!

The Community Behavioral Health Hospital (CBHH) in Rochester, is seeking a Registered Nurse Seniors to join our team. Operated by the Minnesota Department of Human Services, CBHH Rochester is a small inpatient psychiatric facility that provides rapid assessment and stabilization for adults experiencing an acute mental health episode. The length of stay is usually less than 30 days, during which treatment focuses on stabilization, patient education, and discharge planning involving community support resources, with the overall goal of preventing future episodes.

Our talented RNs deliver outstanding professional nursing care to meet the unique needs of each patient. They also facilitate the admission of new patients to the unit. The RNs are essential members of our interdisciplinary treatment teams and actively participate in the treatment planning process.

Job Description:

The person selected for this position will operate as part of a small team of people responsible for the care and treatment of adults in acute psychiatric status who require hospitalization in a safe and secure environment. The person selected for this position will also be responsible for developing individualized nursing plans, evaluating the effectiveness of the plans and the care provided, and mentoring/training Registered Nurses and direct care staff.
Qualifications & Requirements
To qualify, you must possess current licensure in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse AND
• Bachelors of Nursing Degree plus 2 years Registered Nurse experience OR
• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing plus 3 years Registered Nurse experience

Certification in area of Expertise = 1 year of Registered Nurse experience
