Program Coordinator, 100&Change
Building off the success of 100&Change, MacArthurís breakthrough $100 million competition, Lever for Change helps philanthropists source vetted, high-impact philanthropic opportunities and connects those opportunities to significant amounts of philanthropic capital. Lever for Change does this through either managing customized competitions or by matching philanthropists with the top vetted proposals from such competitions in a searchable online database of solutions. Through a rigorous, open, and transparent approach, Lever for Change aims to inspire philanthropists to dramatically increase their giving by helping them source and identify the most promising ideas that will significantly impact the issues they care about most.

The Program Coordinator is an integral and active part of the Teamís Core Group, which includes active participation in meetings, seminars, site visits, etc. The Program Coordinator reports to the Chief of Operations and works closely with the team to ensure smooth operations for the Team.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with management of judges, evaluators and administrative reviewers for all competitions
Interact with and respond to questions from participants and judges
Schedule and manage logistics for Team meetings, webinars for judges and participants, finalist meetings, prospective donor meetings and public events, including working with Meeting Planners as needed
Arrange and coordinate appointments and travel for Team members
Process expense reports
Provide general proofreading and editing
Schedule and coordinate expert consultations
Coordinate document and information management tasks that add value for the Team, e.g., tracking of administrative and substantive reviews, responses to queries, etc.
Maintain the database of submissions and extract data in response to specific requests
Interact with, provide guidance to, and respond to questions from grantees and others
Act as a liaison with Information Technology in identifying and resolving technology and systems requirements and issues for the Team
Manage the production of Board materials for MacArthur Board and selection committees for other competitions
Act as a liaison with other Teams and Departments as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of three years of relevant experience
A bachelorís degree is desirable
Comfortable working in a team environment
Excellent writing, editing, organizational, and verbal communication skills
Able to manage numerous tasks and projects simultaneously
Able to think and work independently, using strong working knowledge of program substance and process
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Salesforce experience desired
