This role is responsible for the layout, design, production and revisions of commercial real estate design deliverables. This position requires a proficiency of Adobe CC, Office 365 and basic coding languages. This individual is also responsible for coordinating vendors, gathering specifications, preparing files for output and overseeing the final quality control of items.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supports commercial real estate marketing efforts through exceptional design
Is responsible for generating brochures, offering memorandums, emails, floor plans, advertising, postcards, presentations and other creative collateral both in print and digital formats
Confers with Marketing Managers, Senior Graphic Designers, and internal clients to determine the appropriate creative approaches and timeline
Works with coding languages and proprietary tools/technologies to create, edit and distribute digital deliverables
Works with vendors to coordinate estimates, distribute files, review proofs and oversee the final quality control of items
Able to research, analyze, compare and recommend vendors for the fulfillment of deliverables - including paper, printing, large format graphics, etc.
Able to present their creative ideas to members of their team as well as internal clients when appropriate
Works on additional special marketing projects

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Ability to create cost estimates and be a positive steward of our client’s budget.
This individual should be an agile thinker with strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of print practices (digital, offset, large format), web publishing and graphic design principles
Working knowledge of web design, UI/UX
Working knowledge of Adobe Dreamweaver, Muse, HTML and other relevant coding languages
Basic project management, editing and writing skills required
