This consolidated group of businesses helps customers leverage their companyâs assets into flexible financing solutions. WFCC is a leading contributor to Wholesales revenue, assets, and net income. This position is within Corporate Trust Services (CTS), a division of Commercial Capital. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to fill an Account Manager 1 position within the Alternative Commercial Transaction team of CMAS. The core functions of this position will be focused on developing and maintaining strong internal and external customer relationships within the CRE CLO and legacy CRE CDO businesses while working collaboratively within a team structure to resolve operational issues, to ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, and to ensure compliance with all internal operational guidelines and procedures.  This Account Manager 1 position will also be involved in the other facets of the Alternative Commercial Transaction business as well, including the onboarding of new business, leading and participating in efficiency projects, and providing production oversight (as needed) for the Non-core CMBS and CRE products. Duties include: This position will represent CTS and CLASS in developing and maintaining client relationships for CRE ACT portfolio. It will be responsible for establishing controls to ensure that policies and processes are effectively implemented and executed, while understanding key business procedures and associated risks/controls for each client and respective deal. This position will also be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, understanding the value of each client's business and how to best service their accounts. The individual filling this role will be expected to be able to anticipate and identify work problems, quickly and correctly, while demonstrating the ability to identify, develop and implement sound solutions. Must be able to provide leadership and guidance to less experienced team members and provide subject matter expertise as needed.  Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unitâs risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: trust, financial services, or account management

Other Desired Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of Corporate Trust Services business & products
- Structured finance experience and familiarity with mortgage securitizations processes
- Experience with CDO Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate flexibility and implement change
- Proven leadership skills
- Works independently and displays a take charge attitude
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills
Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
MD-Columbia: Min: $61,400 Mid: $85,300
