Job Title: Desktop / Tech Bar L2 Support
Location: Marlborough MA Candidates must be local to Marlborough MA or willing to relocate. We do not offer relocation assistance.
Travel: Limited
Job Description:
Install EUC Devices and PCS Applications, as well as new in-scope devices/applications as well as
refreshes
Printers, plotters, scanners, and multi-function devices in accordance with OEM vendors’
service protocols
Conference room equipment (video and audio equipment)
Network (physical and wireless), Telecomm, and Infrastructure at Remote Sites
(defined as “Smart-hands” support)
Maintenance of inventory of devices and applications
Qualifications & Requirements
What You Bring:
Local to Marlborough or willing to relocated to the area. We do not offer relocation assistance
Prior experience with Tier 2 desktop/ tech bar experience
Perform customary on-site support functions and be the lead analyst for two other on-site support resources.
Manage and organise the Tech Bar service at two client locations.
Provide on-site/deskside support at the client HQ Location (required) handling Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes, VIP Support
Racking installs, reboots & asset verification
