Senior Analyst - Retirement Benefits|
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Benefits team.

Assist in defined compensation and defined benefit administration
o Partner with other team members to ensure consistent application of retirement plan administration and processes in compliance with plan documents and all regulatory requirements
o Perform and review pension benefit calculations
o Help to prepare and submit required filings for defined compensation and defined benefit plans
o Assist with audit related processes
Provide analysis related to cost modeling, business impact, market comparisons, and emerging trends in retirement plans
Analyze and interpret plan data to provide recommendations to improve strategy or methods
Provide input on the design and delivery of participant and education materials
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, actuarial science, statistics or related field emphasizing strong quantitative and analytical skills with 5 years experience in retirement plan management or administration
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proactive team player who likes to work collaboratively
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Excel and Word proficiency
Ability to work remotely to start (note: this individual would be expected to work in Charlotte, NC office)
