To support those needs, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) group is responsible for Agile Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, Services, Development and Cloud Enablement (DCE), Enterprise Application Hosting Services (EAHS), Enterprise Services and Product Management (ESPM), and Chief Operating Office (COO) Business Services & Risk and Governance.

The CTO Chief Operating Office (COO) Business Services Team delivers business management ‘machinery' and gold standard services to help turn the CTO vision into reality.  The team plays a crucial role towards developing, implementing, and executing CTO vision, values, and goals. We clear organizational roadblocks to successful execution.  We partner with CTO technology leaders, Human Resources (HR), Risk, Finance, Projects and Communications on CTO executive initiatives, marketing and communications, project portfolio management, resource capacity and demand planning, process rationalization and improvement, team member recognition, and horizontal business operations and services for the CTO organization. 

We are looking for a well-rounded, collaborative, and process-oriented individual with high standard of excellence to join the CTO COO Business Services team. This role is posted as a Senior Business Services Analyst; however, the Wells Fargo job title is Technology Business Services Sr Analyst.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Support CTO's central onboarding/offboarding program in alignment with Wells Fargo Technology policies. Onboarding includes ordering hardware and software, day one coordination, required new hire documentation, providing routine updates to hiring managers, etc. Offboarding includes asset collection, removing access, etc.
  • Publish monthly onboarding/offboarding program metrics and highlight key observations or feedback received
  • Participate in the transition of the onboarding/offboarding program engagement from SharePoint to JIRA.  Provide requirements, perform testing and transition/training planning
  • Coordinate team member space needs with COO Financial Planning & Analysis team and Corporate Properties Group (CPG)
  • Coordinate meeting logistics; manage meeting agendas and other supporting materials; effectively plan off-sites/Town Halls and team events (conference rooms, telepresence, video conference, vendor access, etc.)
  • Participate in various forums; identify agenda topics or training opportunities, share tips, offer support, etc.
  • Support managers within the organization; partner and assist with administrative assistants across CTO
  • Identify and implement continuous process improvement and efficiency by challenging the status quo, eliminating redundant processes, and streamlining deliverables
  • Create and maintain procedures for operational processes
  • Complete ad hoc data analysis; extract data, create pivot tables and charts
  • Extract and publish recognition data on a monthly basis
  • Prepare and publish organizational charts

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of technology experience
  • 3+ years of Microsoft office suite experience such as PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word

  • Experience supporting small technology development efforts within a major line of business
  • Ability to communicate across impacted organization levels, particularly initiative sponsors
  • Experience onboarding new hires
  • Exposure to Wells Fargo ART (Access Request Tool) application
  • JIRA experience
  • Process improvement experience
  • Experience navigating through ambiguity
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
  • Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Wells Fargo onboarding/offboarding processes
