In this role, team members provide systems support for technical issues and initiatives related to applications, systems, databases and/or other technical products and services, using and creating diagnostic simulation and other tools to maintain, troubleshoot and restore service or data to our application systems.Â
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
â¢ Evaluating service level agreement criteria and identifying potential process gaps to recommend changes to assure SLAs can be supported
â¢ Performing migrations from development to production, upgrades, installations and/or configurations
â¢ Evaluating or reviewing queries to extract data, create standard databases, or perform limited programming to fine tune supported systems
â¢ Completing project sizing
â¢ Updating/writing documentation and procedures for training purposes
â¢ Troubleshooting network, hardware and software issues and coordinating resolution with users, vendors and internal service groups
â¢ Writing and designing test scripts
â¢ Creating change or issue logs
â¢ Analyzing performance trends and recommending process improvement to include assessing changes for risk to production systems to ensure quality, security and compliance requirements are met

- 1+ year of systems support analysis experience demonstrated through work or military experience
- 1+ year of experience working in managed services as demonstrated through work, military, or education
- Experience successfully collaborating with others in a change driven environment
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
- Knowledge and understanding of SQL
- Experience creating and executing test scripts
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of systems support analysis
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
