Business Process Management Leader|
Job Description Summary
The Business Process Management (BPM) Leader will report to the Hydro North America Regional (HNA) General Manager and will be responsible for the overall Business Process Transformation Roadmap for HNA, particularly around the management of US government process Compliance. The BPM Leader will manage a team to meet transformation goals.
Design and own the Business Process Transformation Roadmap for Hydro North America, starting with the management of the US Government Processes.
Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders, Internal Suppliers, executives and report progress.
Manage a team of continuous improvement specialists and technical writing and training specialists to lead the transformation and USG compliance roadmap.
Liaise with US Government Subject Matter Experts to ensure compliance criteria are communicated and implemented through the BPM team and the related business functions.
Document and regularly update HNA business processes.
Work with the teams and functions to ensure processes are being applied and USG business requirements are being met
Own the culture transformation around USG compliance and business transformation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven track record in process management and transformation
Good understanding of lean principles and how to apply them
Project management experience
Knowledge of US Government management is a plus
Experience managing an international team
The ability to apply change management principles
