Sr. CRM Analytics Manager

We are in the process of modernizing our marketing and customer analytics capabilities. We are looking for a Sr. CRM Analytics Manager to join us on that journey. The Sr CRM Manager will serve as a key member of the Leslieˇ¦s Marketing team playing in significant role in planning, insights, marketing optimization efforts and business strategy.

Essential Functions:
„X Collaborate with Marketing Director, Analytics Director and CRM Analyst to drive impactful and innovative marketing programs across our brands, channels and vehicles
„X Manage CRM Analyst as they navigate through big data, measurement methodology and delivering results
„X Deliver analysis and insights that will help achieve growth and retention targets. This role will allow the autonomy to make proposals and design testing scenarios
„X Utilize customer and marketing data to analyze performance and help Director of CRM to develop plans for acquisition, retention, win back and other campaigns designed to increase lifetime value
„X Provide insights that will drive incremental revenue, transactions and engagement with a focus on more relevant and target interactions
„X Lead the CRM Analyst in managing a cross-brand/cross-channel customer file ensuring accuracy and up to date reporting

„X Work with Analytics Team to identify different customer profiles and segments, and carry out the optimization of CRM/marketing activities across those groups
„X Lead the business in becoming more targeted and strategic in the content being delivered to our customers
„X Identify and analyze key trends and factors that influence behavior and value
„X Initiate analysis and efforts that will improve and modernize our marketing campaigns and efforts
„X Collaborate with Analytics/marketers on modeling and analysis of tactics/campaigns to determine the best mix of channels and messaging
„X Partner with cross functional stakeholders to develop and execute campaigns that optimize customer loyalty and lifetime value
Qualifications & Requirements
A bachelors or equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Math or related field preferred.
Experience in leading one or more direct reports 3+ years of relevant Marketing/CRM Management, Statistics, Consulting, Marketing Analytics, Data Engineering or Data Science experience, preferably in related areas such as customer analytics, marketing campaign analysis or CRM analysis.Knowledge of the cross-channel and cross-platform marketing and media landscape and experience evolving analytics and measurement capabilities strongly preferred.

Experience with statistical languages (SQL required, R/Python preferred) to retrieve/interpret large data sets. High Computer Proficiency (Access, Excel, Word) and experience with enterprise / POS systems.
Experience with synthesizing large scale data sets to generate insights and recommendations. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to structure problems into an analytics plan
Track record of using data and insights to drive change and implement new initiatives. Strong communication skills, ability to clearly articulate insights to a wide range of audiences.
Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects and work with multiple business partners.
Knowledge of the cross-channel and cross-platform marketing and media landscape and experience evolving analytics and measurement capabilities strongly preferred.
Knowledge of machine learning modeling techniques and capabilities
