Enterprise Operational Support (EOS) Within the Operations group, the Enterprise Operational Support (EOS) group is responsible for independent execution of risk mitigating and centralized operational processing in support of certain key regulations with enterprise-wide impact. Activities include Currency Transaction Report filing, Customer Data Management (CDM), SAFE Act Registrations, Loan Originator Qualification, and more. Customer Data Management (CDM) The Customer Data Management (CDM) program directly interacts with the front line at points where we collect customer information providing a centralized capability to strengthen data integrity, improve risk controls, and increase operational efficiency. The CDM team is the key source of validation for customer profile data, partnering closely with Hogan CIS, Data Management & Insights and individual business groups. More specifically, CDM is responsible for driving CDM strategic initiatives, through technical project sponsorship and representing CDM interests on Enterprise project teams, providing strategic and technical consultation to business partners; and providing operational support, including automation and optimization. Additionally the team executes data maintenance and conflict remediations on behalf of businesses across the enterprise, to resolve SHRP/Consent Order/MRAs. The Business Initiatives Consultant will actively assist in managing and evolving the ongoing strategy for the centralized capability for customer data management to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and improve the customer experience. He/she will lead large, complex, cross functional change initiatives, drive data analyses and conflict-remediation, and review end-to-end business processes to identify improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and improve the customer experience. Specific responsibilities include: - Lead large, complex, cross functional change initiatives
- Champion data analyses and conflict-remediation on behalf of the enterprise
- Develop senior-level reports such as risk-metrics, statistics and trending data
- Analyze impacts of inadequate processes, systems or events
- Identify alignment gaps, potential issues and solutions to mitigate risks
- Develop business requirements including functional and non-functional specifications, quality measures and control as well as change requests
- Devise strategies to facilitate the transformation between current and desired state
- Drive change through team member adoption of business practices and processes
- Partner with business communicators and develop communication plans
- Develop training and support for key stakeholders and partners
- Establish metrics and analyze impacts to ensure they are in line with business objectives
- Balance risk mitigation and operational efficiency
- Provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

- Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
- Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Other Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading large, complex, cross-functional projects and driving transformational change management initiatives
- 2+ years experience with data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization through the use of SQL, SAS, Tableau, or other tools
- 2+years experience working with Customer Information System (CIS) applications, such as Hogan CIS
- Experience developing senior-level reports such as risk-metrics, statistics and trending data
- Experience assessing the adequacy of policies, procedures and processes
- Experience designing processes focused on managing and mitigating operational risk
