Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis|
Finance business partner support to the US Nephrology business unit by providing financial and strategic business partnership and decision support to the commercial team.
Support ad-hoc cross functional projects

Offer unique solutions to solve business problems.
Provide financial leadership during Budget and Forecasting cycles
Ensure Director of Finance is informed of issues or changing business needs.
Ability to clearly present to leadership at a Functional level.
Work with Business to prepare Annual Budgets, Long Term Plans and Forecasts.
Leads the preparation and analysis of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for senior management, project leadership, and department managers.
Manages accrual and accounting process across the business.
Initiates and conducts meetings with members of the teams on topics such as budget matters, understanding and interpreting department financial data, invoice management, contract management and other related business issues/topics.
Ensures data integrity and delivery of financial reporting, including s
marization of all types of expenses.
Focus on process enhancements and continuous improvement.
Minimum BS/BA degree in business/finance/accounting, or closely related field of study
Minimum 5-10 years' Finance experience working within the Pharmaceutical industry.
Experience supporting a companywide budgeting, forecasting, and contracting processes.
High degree of proficiency with computer technology & MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as Anaplan, Power BI and QuickBase
Ability to build financial models
Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills; interpersonal and communication skills; business partnering and collaboration skills Ability to prioritize, lead projects and complete tasks to deadlines.
Must be open and flexible to the changing environment.
Ability to build varying types of financial models.
Experience working in a team based, matrix organization.
Self-confident and willing to ask questions to bring clarity to issues.
Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines.
Ability to innovate and challenge the status quo;
