Over the course of this program, you continue to learn and develop through ongoing training, and hear from experienced senior employees from a variety of divisions in our summer speaker series. Mentorship opportunities help you identify your strengths and plan your career, while social activities, community service and networking events connect you with a range of people from across the firm. When you complete the program, you will have gained crucial experience in all areas of the Investment Bank division, and a firm understanding of how a global investment bank functions. Once you’ve seen the big picture, it’s time to paint your own.

Start date: June 5, 2023

Duration: 10 weeks

Academic requirements: You should be graduating from a university in December 2023 or May/June 2024.

Wait!  What is Securitized Products?  We know it’s something you don’t necessary learn about in college and that’s ok – we’ll teach you. Securitized Products is a $13 trillion market full of innovation, diversity and growth. The SP group at Credit Suisse is recognized as a leader in the industry and the integrated Banking, Sales and Trading platform provides you with a broad opportunity set from which to launch your career.

During your summer in SP, you’ll gain exposure to the Banking, Sales and Trading businesses. Banking covers many different asset types including autos, credit cards, student loans, aircraft, railcar, timeshare, triple-net lease, drug royalties, music royalties, insurance products, residential and commercial real estate mortgages, equipment, intellectual property, small business loans, etc. In Sales, you will work with buy-side accounts on new issue securities and general portfolio management of their accounts.
