Compensation & Reporting Analyst-Asset & Wealth Mgt#203704
The role provides strategic support to HR Business Partners, Recruiters and Managers for making sound decisions pertaining to compensation programs, policies, and procedures based upon facts and good judgment.
Partners with HR Business Partners and colleagues to provide regular market updates and ensure the business remains competitive with pay practices. Develops analytics to assess the business impact and efficiency of compensation programs.

Qualifications & Requirements
We are looking for applicants who have an ideal equivalent experience in financial services, banking experiences with appropriate education
- Equivalent experience in demonstrating analytical skills
- Phenomenal conceptional, analytical and process management skills as well as consulting skills
- Ability to research and analyze confidential data, find relationships, and clearly present findings to others
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Capability to build and maintain client relationships
