What do you get to do in this position?
The Finance Advanced Development Program (FADP) is a powerful and unique experience for top May/June 2023 undergraduates interested in a leadership career in Finance. In this program, you will have the opportunity to move through two rotations over the first 2 years of your career with Schneider Electric, spending 1 year in each rotation/location.
The goal of the program is to attract top financial-minded talent to develop future Finance leaders, through an accelerated learning environment with an emphasis on development and performance. These rotations will allow you to gain a broad range of experience in career paths in Finance, before finding your permanent role following the program.
Rotations in the program can include:
- Global Supply Chain Finance
- Finance Planning and Analysis, Center of Excellence
- Commercial Controlling or Solutions & Services
Potential rotation locations:
Nashville TN, Dallas, TX, Lexington, KY, Columbia, SC, Boston, MA
