Specialty Project Marketing Co-op

Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing, talented Specialty Project Marketing Co-Op (full-time & hybrid) for Process Automation at our Boston, MA hub to contribute effectively to our strategic content programs for brand awareness and lead generation for Fall 2022. This role requires a project-oriented mindset, an individual who can work dynamically with different stakeholders, teams, and platforms to execute successful activities. The individual will be support content marketing initiatives across the full business portfolios (Triconex, Foxboro, Remote Operations, and more) helping drive traffic and customer engagement to foster conversion and retention. Strong experience and understanding of digital marketing, personas, customer buyer journey and hands on project management is required


What will you do?

  • Execute creative elements for promotion plans for offer launches and thought leadership content (video, social, blog, web)* under guidance of Marketing Director

  • Facilitate web localization for various se.com web pages – work with Digital Customer Experience organization*

  • Support marketing automation build and monitoring of specialty retention program for Foxboro customers; will work closely with the Marketing Program Manager*

  • Format and upload sales enablement brochures (offer management team to own brochure copy creation and sales presentations); complete EDMS training

  • Assemble tradeshow kits with booth or presentation ready-made material – socialize (e.g., Indonesia event 2022 and Saudi Arabia presentations – add to Product Campus)

    Support Editorial Calendar with timely and engaging internal communications about recent content releases

  • Actively monitor/engage with various internal forums (i.e., Yammer groups) about digital tools and customer experience that will serve cross-team collaboration and program execution

  • Understand SE brand guidelines and process workflows for platform use

  • Support with specialty data analysis projects (e.g., voice of customer, Strategy research, industry reports) to influence content creation

    *Specifically for the Advisors (software) portfolio.

What qualifications will make you successful? 

  • Currently or recently enrolled in Marketing, Communications, or Project Management related degree
  • Comprehensive experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong ability to work with a global team (marketing, offer management, digital and marketing automation)
  • Demonstrates strong aptitude to pick up tools and processes, well
  • Can take direction well and delivers on schedule – asks for directional clarification when needed
  • Ability to work 40 hours/week on-site occasionally as Co-op (for 2-6 months)

The candidate will report to the Process Automation Marketing Director and work closely with offer managers to ensure alignment between business objectives and strategic content output.
