Sales Enablement Senior Specialist

The Sales Enablement Senior Specialist is a newly created role within the Sales Operations and Strategy team. Reporting into the Director Sales Training and Enablement and working alongside the Training & Development Program Manager you will provide technological expertise and program level design and support for the Sales Enablement programs run for three sales organizations within the Research business unit.

The selected candidate will be a key contributor to sales success and capability development across Research Sales and Business Development teams and through their work will help ensure that our sales professionals have the skills, knowledge and competencies necessary for success in their role and for delivering solutions that directly contribute to improved sales performance and productivity.

How you will make an impact:

  • Directly inputs into and supports the Sales Development strategies with the co-design and delivery of the E- Training Curriculum/E-Training and Knowledge transfer programs

  • Builds e-learning programmes into the LMS in partnership with SMEs and Training Development Manager and in line with E-learning priority road map for Onboarding, IDPs, Sales Development Curriculum

  • Delivers face-to-face training and presentations for programme roll outs as required

  • Manages Sales Enablement technologies including Enablement platforms, Learning Management Systems, Conversational A.I., MindTickle, LinkedIn Learning, LinkedIn Navigator etc. as well as other components of the fast-developing enablement tech stack as needed

  • Partners with other teams and relevant subject matter experts to ensure all training delivered to the sales organizations is properly tailored for the specific sales audience i.e. product training, campaigns, case studies etc

  • Creates material such as templates, presentations, playbooks and procedural documentation etc.

  • Manages resource sites to ensure effective organisation, ease of use, accuracy and keeping them up to date e.g. Sharepoint, Sales Enablement tools

  • Leverages technology and analytics to measure impact

  • Helps manage a network of global partners to ensure training delivery quality in local language

  • Keeps up to date with the latest developments in learning technologies and applies them in the spirit of continuous improvement of the-learning offerings

We are looking for people who:

  • Are highly competent with MS Office 365 MS Powerpoint; MS Word; Sharepoint

  • Have the ability to create high impact learning course within the constraints of an LMS

  • Have excellent planning capabilities

  • Have project management and change management experience

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Have familiarity with Sales business activities

  • Have the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

  • Have a Bachelors Degree or higher

  • Can design and deliver Sales Excellence curriculum

  • Have 4+ years professional work experience

  • Have Senior Sales Administrator or Sales Operations experience preferred

We are committed to fair, transparent pay, and we strive to provide competitive compensation in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. The target base pay range for this position is $94,000 to $134,700. This range represents Wileys good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
