In this role, you will: - Act as a capital markets / trading model and EUCT subject matter expert to educate partners on requirements and monitor activities to ensure compliance with policies
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives related to models and End User Computing Tools (EUCTs)
- Lead the annual CIB Model and EUCT Identification Project
- Support identification of models and EUCTs within CIB by independently challenging the business on recommended classifications and owning final classification of tools as models, EUCTs, and exclusions
- Host model project forums for development and validation scheduling
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex governance/policy compliance/process issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Model and EUCT Governance staff within the group
Required Qualifications, US: - 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications: - 3+ years of Capital Markets experience
- Model or Model Governance experience
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsÂ
- Experience leading efforts with multiple stakeholder groups
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environmentÂ
- Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
