Position Summary
Responsible for managing the lifecycle of vendor contracts for Enterprise Sourcing, partnering closely with the responsible line of business, Law, Finance, and other departments to ensure proper execution of contracts in compliance with company policies. Essential Job Functions Serve as subject matter expert (SME) within the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system and facilitator of all sourcing contractsEvaluate and process other agreements, including, but not limited to non-disclosure agreements, master agreements, statements of work, consulting agreements, licensing agreements, procurement agreements, etc.Ensure timely review and approval for contract changes and revisionsImplement contract revision process in accordance with company policy and risk tolerance to address stakeholder requirementsAssess commercial risk related to the terms & conditions of contracts and recommend methods of mitigating that riskIdentify non-standard contractual terms and conditions, and work with the Law department and business owner regarding such termsUpdate and/or develop playbooks, templates, and training materialsProvide company management with reports and data regarding contract performance, contractual risk, and associated business impactMonitor compliance with contractual obligations and facilitate corrective actionsSupport contract template revision process within the CLM system, in accordance with company policies and in consultation with the Law departmentDevelop and monitor contract lifecycle metrics to ensure timely renewal or termination of contractsMust be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodationMinimum Position Qualifications Bachelor's Degree, High School Diploma or GED2+ years of extensive experience in business transactions & contract review/redlining/negotiationAbility to collaborate and work cooperatively in a team-based environmentAbility to prioritize/multi-task while providing accurate/on-time resultsAbility to read/interpret documentsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work successfully across all organizational levelsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent oral/written communication skillsSelf-directed, ability to execute projects with minimal supervisionStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detailStrong critical thinking skills, attention to detail and ability to draw conclusionsStrong understanding of industry/technical terms and processesAbility to effectively handle shifting priorities and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentHigh degree of business acumenDesired Previous Experience/Education Master's Degree2+ years CLM system experience2+ years Coupa experienceEducation Level:Master's Desired
