2024 MBA Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) - Full Time

Description:



The Finance MBA Leadership Development Program (MBA LDP) is a four-year program designed to successfully develop a pipeline of future leaders for Johnson & Johnson through a combination of diverse rotational assignments, targeted training, and continuous coaching and development.  



Rotations & Assignments: 



Participants gain invaluable on-the-job experiences throughout two rotations, at the Finance Manager level, within Johnson & Johnson’s business sectors (Medical Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Corporate Services), working in different functional areas, which may include Financial Planning and Analysis, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Research & Development Finance, Acquisitions & Divestitures, and Corporate Consolidations.  These assignments are designed to develop a strong foundation of business acumen, technical skills, leadership, and J&J knowledge, building skills and readiness for a job at the director level and beyond. 



Training/Professional Development: 



The rotational experiences are supplemented by targeted trainings, and resources to support onboarding and build J&J business acumen. Throughout the 4-year program, there are organized opportunities to build your J&J network with peers and senior leaders.  Additionally, in the first year of the program, participants complete 40 hours of classroom and e-learning training aimed at developing leadership and technical skills, followed by targeted trainings throughout the program. Candidates are required to successfully obtain a professional certification (CMA or CPA) within their first 24 months of hire. 



Coaching & Development: 



In addition to regular coaching and development from their supervisor, MBA Finance LDP participants are assigned a peer mentor and a leader mentor to help support them throughout the program. 



Positions are likely to be located at various operating companies in or near Central NJ, and may be available in or near: Philadelphia, PA; Jacksonville, FL; Warsaw, IN; Cincinnati, OH; Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; Raynham, MA; San Angelo, TX; and Irving, TX.



The base pay for this position is $130,000/year. 



The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.  Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.  The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.  Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.



This position is eligible for a sign-on and/or early incentive bonus.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must be a graduate student enrolled in a full-time MBA program graduating between August 2023 and August 2024.

  • A minimum of 5 years business experience is required. Leadership capabilities demonstrated through extracurricular activities, employment and/or internship experiences are required.

  • Must have permanent work authorization in the U.S.

  • Must not be a currently employed full-time Johnson & Johnson employee, excluding interns & co-ops.
