We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Associate who will be responsible for satisfying customer on time delivery requirements by performing various assembly, test, or operation of automated processing equipment per our standard work instructions. You will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Follow standard work procedures

• Utilize simple hand tools to assemble components

• Maintain high quality standards

• Maintain organization of your personal workspace

• Monitor gages and running internal test processes

• Follow guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications

• Perform the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies

The required qualifications for the job include:

• Ability to lift to35 lbs. and work in a team environment

• Comfortable working with hand tools such as torque drivers and cordless drills

• Ability and willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with focus on timely and accurate project documentation
