Midlevel FMV Analyst
Job Description BAE Systems is the premier provider of Full Motion Video (FMV) exploitation. We are currently seeking high performing Senior level analysts to support an operational cell with video forensics and in-depth analysis. Analysts must be able to work in a fusion cell, specifically integrating GEOINT, IMINT, FMV, among other INTs, into intelligence products. Candidates must have the ability to exploit video footage collected by sensors on Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms as well as in-depth, advanced research culminating in comprehensive, fused, multi-INT intelligence products.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills - A minimum of 7 years of intelligence analysis experience, to include 5 years of full-time motion geospatial full motion video, or imagery analysis experience;
OR - A minimum of 5 years intelligence analysis experience, to include 3 years of full-time motion geospatial, full motion video, or imagery analysis experience AND a BA/BS degree or higher, in related field approved by the customer.
AND - Must be capable of working a rotating shift schedule, to include nights, weekends and holidays (if necessary)
- During high-tempo operations, can maintain situational awareness and can verbally and in writing relay and articulate intelligence
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and solve routine tasks, positively impact customer and team relations
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite: MS Word & MS PowerPoint
- Able to prepare and present briefings with creation/use of visual displays
- Excellent analytical, writing, and critical thinking skills
- Working knowledge of training methodologies
- Must be capable of typing 32 WPM without looking at the keyboard
- Candidates must possess the ability to accurately discern red, green, blue, and yellow colors on a screen
- Must successfully complete the customer FMV training course or have previously completed within a year
- Must attain FMV analyst qualifications and maintain required minimum skill level in each position
- Must obtain GPC-F certification within 6 months of start
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Practical experience using MAAS, NES, RemoteView, SOCET GXP, ArcGIS, IEC
- Background in Counter-Terrorism analysis
- Previous FMV Instructor duty or training assignments
- Working knowledge Adobe Creative Cloud
- Advanced technical ability (e.g. HTML5, CSS, PHP/SQL, Python)
- Experience exploiting video footage and has a basic understanding of sensor capabilities
- Experience exploiting NTM with a basic understanding of imagery products
- Experience building target packets or similar intelligence products
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $75570 - $128480

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
