Your role as a DS Services Assistant Regional Residential Manager
In this role, you would be accountable for overseeing more than 120 Community Companion Homes (CCH’s) within the Private Division of DDS. The CCH Assistant Manager will assist the CCH Director by overseeing the development and implementation of policies and operational procedures for the regional CCH program. Along with other duties as needed, we will have you provide essential supervision to staff and private providers responsible for approximately 120+ Licensed CCH's, and the 130+ individuals residing in CCH's.
Position Highlights:
PCN 107677, hybrid schedule, first (1st) shift, 80 hours biweekly
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
However, work schedule flexibility is required in order to meet the demands of the job.
Qualifications & Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - GENERAL EXPERIENCE
Two (2) years of experience in a supervisory capacity in a residential program for individuals with an intellectual disability in a direct care or clinical services setting.
NOTE: For state employees this experience is interpreted at the level of a Developmental Services Residential Program Supervisor 1, Psychology Associate Specialist (RC), Developmental Specialist 2 or Developmental Services Case Manager.
