Unless the Ph balance is hovering around --9.5 with a negative charge. What does all of that mean? good water contains no flouride, arsenic, lead, pesticides ,bacteria mold of or yeast.
Where do you buy it? you can't. It has to be treated by you with a reverse osmosis machine (more money) or wait there's a way buying distilled water and adding ph-drops to it.
Ther are 700 or more brands world wide. There is artesian water that flows down aquifers (porous rock that filters out microforms and toxins.) There is Ozonated breaks down and fights yeast and bacteria. Micro-ionized, that has been treated to the best ph-. Mineralized iron, manganese, copper and zinc are acidic and that is the purpose of this blog.
I never knew that water was a contributor to acid in our bodies. All we hear is drink 8 glasses and? that's it. I am familiar with all of the bottled water marketing plans and I was skeptical and I was right.
I also know that by the time you are thirsty you are dehydrated already. What I didn't know was the mitochrondial synergy that was being affected in our cells. Thirst it seems lags behind one's body's need for water. According to biologist Robert O. Young, for evey 40 lbs of weight we should drink 1 liter of electron rich, alkaline water. There is the connection again to weight gain, tumors and cancers due to acidic blood.
We are all dehydrated if the figures Dr. Young quotes is factual. Since this is a vast field Iwould like this blog to segue with the one on diabetes. White blood cells stagnate in the body when they are overloaded with sugar. Unable to collect toxins and send them to the liver for disposal. A person on a low-fat/high carb diet, pasta, rice, potatoes, breads etc. won't be able to allow their blood to coagulate properly- Your cells break down faster than they are replace. Everything I have read on aging indicates that sugars accelerates the biological aging process. Carbs convert to sugar.
Our bodies are 70% water. We have about 10-13 gallons of water in our bodies. Blood our life is 90%, the heart takes another 75%, the brain and kidneys 83% explaining why the imbalance of sugar, too much salt and not enough good water would wreak havoc with our organs. 86 % percent of your lungs--remember the smoking and the pulmonary edema that is the way that seniors go--and 95% in the yes..which speaks to allergies, and "dry eye."
Mild dehydration slows the metabolism--slow metabolism aids in fat storage from converted carbs and sugar--not fat because fat cancels fat. I would quote the Journal of the American Dietitic Association--except I don't believe them however, reducing acidity of course would put any cancerous cells that have a propensity to grow in check. Cancer does not grow in an alkaline blood environment.
The pancreas, the insulin organ needs water to alkalize the food coming out of the stomach and into the intestines. What I find most interesting is that water is a conductor of electricity and is needed for the electrical activity of our cells, heart and brain.
Our God given bodies are so precious--so complex-I am not going to blame us..because there is a sinister capitalist reason why our foods and waters have been loaded with toxins. We seem to be their personal guinea pigs, for the profit motive.
But we can shore up with knowledge. I am a chocolate lover but this is a truth--it is now loaded with theobromine, and methyl bromine--it makes us fat.Once a year --maybe Valentine's day--it's all about balance.
For now, you can use distilled water, that my Walgreens' for some reason doesn't seem to order much --2 teaspoons in a gallon. I have managed since January 1st--drink one gallon per day and it is hard. It is soooo boring--since I am also doing the detox for 14 days I do have an incentive for now. I suppose I will use myself as proof of whether all of this works or not. However, it takes awhile to rid the body of toxins, and then REPLENISH the organs and rebuild. To eat well and enjoy what one eats, to give up habitualized foods..it is a humongous job. On top of that we want to stay as de-stressed as possible, stay spirtually enlightened, satisfied in career or projects or family or all of the above.
The upside is that there is always something to do to improve one's body mind and spirit and it is all for the pleasure of living a life in abundant health, with strength and positivity that will allow us to meet new challenges and goals.
