Can a posting on Craigslist hurt you? (2814 hits)

In wake of the “Craiglist killer/murderer”, should people become more concern with what they put out on the internet?

On Craigslist, there are postings for “body massages” which could be found in a category under the link titled “services”.

It's unbelievable what is out there.

There are individuals who have pictures containing certain parts of their body.

It is a free country and everyone has the right to put whatever they want online, but can this hurt a person in the long run?
