My daughter was run off the road by a Whiteman in a yellow sports car, who claims that he forgot to put insurance on his car. The state of Michigan allowed this man the opportunity to obtain bankruptcy to avoid a lawsuit. Her husband had to settle for a meager uninsured driver’s payment. It seems very peculiar that at the time that I first moved to Detroit Michigan 30 years ago, they were in the condition of bankruptcy. I think that it is time for me to leave Michigan just to see if the reverse happens.
