I got in here about 10 days ago with $300. Brought in a very very small team of a racially mixed group. Then I put more emphasis on a young black woman who just received a loan modification and was concerned she wouldn't be able to pay her first month's mortgage by the 1st of the month.
side question: Why are all of the teams I lead no more than 5% African-American? African-Americans are that skeptical of something which isn't a 9-5 job or what? What the heck is it? We just don't jump into these things en masse. That will be another blog article. Maybe we have much too much money to be bothered or maybe we don't have enough and are 'fearful' of looking outside the box to financially enable ourselves ... hmmm...
But I digress ...
I managed to get her and a 'Brother' to the top of the Holiday Board in 1 day. It usually take about 2 weeks. So we're ecstatic.
Meanwhile, I received $1000 from cycling out of the Holiday Board. Halleluah! 10 measly days!
I'm collaborating with other Leaders to make this a win-win situation.
Now I am ready to bring in a larger group of people who are waiting in the wings for me. (Again, this group has a small African-American contingency. tsk ... tsk ...)
I am now on the Diamond Board to get $10,000 and a $5000 Holiday Vacation package.
My timetable says I will cycle out of the Diamond Board within 2 weeks for the $10,000.
