As with every Tuesday, today, The Black Scholars Index features a President of an HBCU. Today we present Dr. David Hall, President of the University of the Virgin Islands. He is the 1st African-American Dean of the Northwestern University School of Law and has been deemed "one of the most important leaders in legal e...ducation today” by the Wall Street Journal.
