Sociopaths in the Church (264 hits)

Where Do We Draw the Line?" I remain concerned about
the state of the Body of Christ and in particular for those who find
themselves under the spell of "Ill-intended" leaders.

If these traits are found in you, do not pass Go, do not collect $200, seek immediate deliverance and get help for your issues, so you can stop
manipulating and annihilating the body of believers you are suppose to
help. If you are a victim of such maniacal behavior by your
leaders...RUN!!!!! Run far and run fast! Do not embrace the threats that
you will hear about being cursed if you leave, or falsities about never
reaching your destiny if you do not stay. Your first loyalty must
always be to God and the minute a man does not follow God, and you know
they are way off kilter, you must stop following the man. If you do not,
you will end up contracting the same diseased state of mind and being,
through cross-contamination by the same vexing spirits, that have them
bound.

As always, my intention is to be open and honest and cause you to get your head out of the sand, come out of denial and accept the reality
check that God is trying to give so many of us in this hour. I am
certain he is tired of this foolishness. I know I am.

As you examine the features and behaviors listed below, the hard question I must ask you today is: Are you or someone you know a
Sociopath in the Church? (Think about it and respond)

1. Possess a Superficial Charm

2. Manipulative and Conning
They never recognize the rights of others and see their self-serving behaviors as permissible. They appear to be charming, yet are covertly
hostile and domineering, seeing their victim as merely an instrument to
be used. They may dominate and humiliate their victims.

3. Pathological Lying
Has no problem lying coolly and easily and it is almost impossible for them to be truthful on a consistent basis. Extremely convincing and even
able to pass lie detector tests.

4. Lack of Remorse, Shame or Guilt
A deep seated rage, which is split off and repressed, is at their core. Does not see others around them as people, but only as targets and
opportunities. Instead of friends, they have victims and accomplices who
end up as victims. They let nothing stand in their way.

5. Shallow Emotions
When they show what seems to be warmth, joy, love and compassion it is more feigned than experienced and serves an ulterior motive. Get
outraged by the small stuff, but are unmoved and cold by what would make
a normal person extremely upset. Since they are not genuine, neither
are their promises.

6. Incapacity for Love
Possess an inability to truly love. As a result, unstable relationships and multiple marriages may be their plight.

7. Need for Stimulation
So the live life on the edge. Verbal outbursts are normal. Promiscuity and gambling are common.

8. Callousness/Lack of Empathy
Unable to empathize with the pain of their victims, having only contempt for other peoples feelings of distress and readily taking advantage of
them.

9. Poor Behavioral Controls/Impulsive Nature
Rage and abuse, alternating with "small expressions" of love and approval, produce an addictive cycle for abuser and abused. Believe they
are all-powerful, all-knowing, entitled to every wish, no sense of
personal boundaries, no concern for their impact on others.

10. Early Behavior Problems/Juvenile Delinquency
Usually has a history of behavioral and academic difficulties, yet "gets by" by conning others. Problems in making and keeping friends; aberrant
behaviors such as cruelty to people or animals, stealing, etc.

11. Irresponsibility/Unreliability
Not concerned about wrecking others' lives and dreams. Oblivious or indifferent to the devastation they cause. Does not accept blame for
themselves, but blames others, even for acts they obviously committed.

12. Promiscuous s*xual Behavior/Infidelity
Promiscuity, child s*xual abuse, rape and s*xual acting out of all sorts.

13. Lack of Realistic Life Plan/Parasitic Lifestyle
Tends to move around a lot or makes all encompassing promises for the future, poor work ethic but exploits others effectively.

14. Criminal or Entrepreneurial Versatility
Changes their image as needed to avoid prosecution.

What do you think? Have you encountered these personality types in the church? If so, what do you think can be done about this problem, besides
prayer? Is this an psychological issue, spiritual issue, or one of manipulation, witchcraft and mind-control? Let's talk.
