Are you happy, or does this emotion evade you? Satisfaction in your life doesn’t have to be an impossible dream. Find out if you’re
genuinely happy and, if not, what you can do about it…
I receive a lot of messages from people on the subject of happiness. Some claim that they’ve found it and are eager to share their secret. But the vast majority of messages are from people on a desperate search
for happiness and fulfillment.
There’s a lot of scientific research on happiness but, when all is said and done, I believe there’s really nothing scientific about it. As a matter of fact, I find its simplicity absolutely astounding. Yet
happiness still manages to elude a lot of people.
But what is happiness? It differs from person to person. You can define it as feeling content, happy, satisfied or joyful. Happiness is a major contributor to our sense of security, emotional mental health and overall
well-being. It breathes life into your spirit and provides a powerful
wellness inoculation for your immune system like nothing else.
Here’s what Abraham Lincoln said about happiness: “Most folks are about as happy as they make up their minds to be.” And Oscar Wilde offered this humorous perspective: “Some cause happiness wherever
they go; others whenever they go.”
