The Georgia Writer’s Association announced the nominees for the 47th
Georgia of the Year Awards yesterday, and Julius Thompson received a nomination in fiction for his novel Ghost of Atlanta. Winners will be announced Saturday, June 11, 2011, at Kennesaw State University Center.
