Did anyone see a tall mocha brown skinned African American women arrested at 10 E Randolph Street, in the Front of the Joffrey Ballet Towers at about 7:40 PM on Tuesday May 10th? The young lady was wearing a pink and violet hat, a pink tink top, covered w/a pink and white armless sweater, burgundy pants w/ zippers on them.
