Today's Women Empowerment (928 hits)

Women are becoming more and more prominent in work environments demonstrating their special skills that help them succeed in a male-dominated career. Recognizing one’s strengths, gifts and talents can be very powerful.

Effective communication is a skill that is vital to success. There is an increasing need for the ability to communicate with written and spoken words. Additionally, women are natural communicators. Even at a young age, females excel at verbal fluency quickly finding the right word, phrase or sentence. Thus a woman who is managing other people must know how to communicate with each person individually in a manner that each person can understand. When women embrace this knowledge and trust their natural language talent in communication, they will find their confidence build.

Helen Fisher author of The First s*x states, "Women are, on average, more interested in cooperation, harmony, and connections – a network of support." She further writes, "Women characteristically believe everyone can succeed in business; they take a win-win attitude in the office world."

Women are also skilled at multi-tasking. They are pros at juggling people, reports, deadlines and all the necessary resources which are critical to the success of the team or project. Even back in ancestral times, history shows a woman had to take care of babies under highly dangerous conditions demonstrating the need for multitasking even then. Mothers had to do countless daily chores while they took care of the family, stoked the fire, cooked the food and talked to friends.

I like this blog because I believe in what has been stated. I was talking to my husband about something similar regarding needing more women leaders in the Global World to lead these countries that are currently fighting with one another. I stated that women would want the same thing for one another and that being their children and families taking care of rather than a showmenship of Ego and Power like what we see today. I realize that there are women in power who get it twisted in their attempts to mimick and behave like men; women that try to act like men over do it and take it to EXTREMES trying to prove to men that they are tough.

The fact of the matter is that women and men have different strengths with our major strength being Communication skills. Moreover, if we would use these communication skills, we would ensure that the needs of our children are taken into consideration and that would mean we would talk it out with other women leaders heading countries in order to avoid war and conflict. I said it then and I will say it now, "What the World needs more of is Women Presidents, Prime Ministers, & Queens!"

Hello Ms. Hartfield and the others,

What Black Americans need is the empowerment of our entire race numbering approximately 41 million and not just the empowerment of Black American women? Am I making any sense?

Every Black American, man and woman should desire to become a sovereign people on a reasonable and fertile portion of this continent that we could call our very own country with borders to worship God, pursue life, liberty, happiness and prosperity in our own way.

For instance, while the children of Israel were in bondage and slavery in Egypt there were no such thought as the Hebrew women being empowered. All of them had come to desire the Exodus. You are not rationally thinking and that is because you are a descendent of slaves and slaves are ignorant people.

Again, the entire race of Black Americans need empowerment and not just Black women and our empowerment is not possible in White America. We can only be empowered in our own Promise Land which we are going to inherit soon enough.

Our race has enough problems as it is that Black women think they are better then Black men and vice a versa. So, you are not a help promoting this division between the genders, am I right.

So, do the right thing and be of the mindset of uniting us rather than dividing us.

I am the way, and besides me, there is no other way that Black Americans could ever become a real people in this world. I am Black America's first genuine prophet that would lead us into sovereignty.

What say you?

Hi, Harry Thanks for sharing-that is why it is called Freedom Of Speech. I care to not respond because I don't want to indulge you at this point. But Iam sure that Men in General will benefit from your knowledge if you decide to start a business of your own involving them.

Thanks for your time,

Hello Ms. Hartsfield,

I think that you are misunderstanding the spirit of what Freedom of Speech means. Freedom of speech is securing the liberty that all participants could indulge in fruitful dialogues in an effort to fine-tune how the group should move forward. But, when you say you do not want to indulge me at this point is back stepping. This is your blog and you do not want to defend your point means that your point of empowering Black women is fruitless and it is under our present circumstances and conditions in this country.

Anyway, I am not interested in starting a business in the country of White America. I have bigger and more divinely important business to conduct and that is to encourage Black Americans to see ourselves as sovereign people on a reasonable and fertile portion of this continent that we could call our very own country with borders to worship God, pursue life, liberty, happiness and prosperity in our own way.
In short, I desire that Black Americans receive what the children of Israel received when they were in bondage in Egypt and God rose up Moses to deliver them out of the hands of Pharaoh.

Any Black business is nothing since the entire race of Black Americans are subjugated people in desperate need of having a country of our own that we could build our own economy. An economy is greater than a business. White America, France and China have an economy and that is why these countries are on the world stock market. Black Americans also want to be on the chart of the world stock market. Do you see my point?

What say you?
