Hi David,
I have an offer on seasoned, cash-backed MTNs that are trading right now. Issuer is Deutsche Bank, and price is 83 + 2.
Please review the procedures and advise further if your Buyer is interested:

PROCEDURE:
A) After a rep to rep call, the seller will speak with
the buyer before any paperwork is submitted.
B) The seller is the titleholder. The goal is to
get the buyer and seller engaged.
C)The buyer will have to be qualified to enter
into the MTN program. Basically, it is your standard
compliance in multiple steps.
D) The seller will prove
to the buyer that he has MTNs that are currently tranching now.
Here is a very brief overview:
1. Rep to rep call to explain the program for
purchasing the MTNs. The current offer is for an
exit buyer at 83 + 2.
The Seller rep will give the contact information for the seller
and the buyer rep will provide the contact information
for the buyer.
2. The buyer and seller will have a conversation on
how they wish to transact. The seller will provide additional
documentation to the buyer prior to the call.
3. The buyer will be qualified as an exit or end buyer.
At this point, no financial information on the buyer is provided.
4. Cusip, isin and title page from paper that is currently
tranching will be provided as proof that the seller has
what he says he has.
5. The buyer will present financials for verification.
6. Draft contract is issued.
7. Transaction can be bank to bank, desk to desk , or as discussed.
This is to clarify to the buyer that the Program Manager identified
in the offer is also the seller/title holder.
He will send ALL documentation direct, and only to the buyer.
Once completed, the buyer has the option to return
the Compliance Package to the seller/title holder (Program Manager)
or directly to the transacting bank.
