Every few years everybody needs to CLEAN HOUSE, get rid of the cobwebs and clutter Pushed to the back of the shelf or under the bed. Some of that stuff we have carried for twenty, thirty , forty years, and for what? Maybe we will used it someday, or we will wear it again when we loose weight or it a keepsake, something to remember him/her by.
Soon, there will be no place to put the stuff. All of the nooks and cranies are full and running over. I say get a dumpster and CLEAN IT OUT. You will be surprised to know how light you will feel. You have been weighterd down with useless stuff carrying it around from year to year.
Old hurts and disappointment choroids the pathways to happiness. Left alone, it narrows the path and eventually causes a blockage. In the brain or heart, if there is a blockage what happens? You have a stroke or a heart attack.
This clutter can include people who are weighting you down, holding you back. Sometimes it is family and other times it is friends. Get ride of them too. If they don't want to buy into your new outlook and come along for the ride, then leave them behind. Life is too short to wait for someone else to plot your path.
