If you want to ascend in this world Brothers please listen very carefully to this message.
Time for Brothers to stop cooning, simping, and acting feminine and expecting other nationalities or their women to give them something for nothing.
The rules for advancement is not the same for so-called Black American males versus other nationalities mainly because our economic structure is normally fractionated.
The first rule of success is motivation, one must vigorously create a vision or a product by investing in yourself. Then you must have the drive and ambition to bring other brothers on board for a win-win scenario.
Two gentleman that the host is applauding with praise is Tariq & Tommy Sotomayer whom the latter is a very polarizing individual love him or not he has build a successful brand and has established a niche.
Personally one has to be feed up with the status quo and then some will create a vision to build independence for themselves.
This was exactly the case with me and my business partner when we worked in the corporate environment.
We fortunately had some financial resources to start our financial and accounting firm, however it started with an sense of urgency to be independent and control our own destiny.
We are both so-called Black Americans and we had no intention to go to other nationalities to be part of our vision from the beginning business structure because that was our duty.
So the moral of the lesson is that so-called black men need to rediscover their rightful place of leadership.
It's time for so-called black men to be {MEN} and lead and don' expect our women to make the first move either.
