Okay Village the weekend continues and Saint is up in the office/music studio mixing tracks and listening to sure shot new releases and this one is 'nostalgia greatness' and will be part of my new Winter remix track.

I love remixes and re-works of past songs because the raw talent was better in the past among R&B singers and jazz artists.

So here we go another outstanding effort of bringing the past to the present!!!

RE: PMMC spot 173kgs

Please find the FCO, SPA and POA for your approval.

It is 1st 10kgs as trial shipment, then balance 163kgs for gold dory bars.

Buyer can choose to pay cash in USD or CEDIS at PMMC after assay and export
the assayed gold from PMMC to buyer destination at buyer cost.

I have a very good news for you that this seller NINO PRIME MINING can
accept PMMC as the refinery.

It is 1st 10kgs as trial shipment and then balance 163kgs. (or take all
173kgs as one spot shipment only.)

It is delivered from PMMC to FRANCE or SPAIN (or DUBAI or any other
international airport in EUROPE, USA and ASIA) at buyer cost.

This is a new converging platform for the seller and buyer with following
advantage:

Advantage for the Seller:

1. Seller pays the cost of SKR or ownership certificate and certificate
of origin cost.

2. Buyer buys the air tickets and pays accommodation to the seller
representative.

3. Buyer will pay all cost from PMMC to buyer refinery in FRANCE or
SPAIN including all import and export costs.

4. Seller can get the payment for this deal to start his own proposals
for any other applications.

Advantage for the Buyer:

1. Buyer has no any risk for this deal since buyer pays all cost only
after the gold is assayed in PMMC.

2. Buyer chooses KLM airline (or any others) for transportation with
safe consideration.

3. Buyer choose PMMC as the forwarder (or others like G4S, BRINKS, MALCA
AMIT) with safe consideration.

4. Buyer does not pay a cent to the seller before the final assay report
is released by the buyer refinery in buyer country.

Please kindly find the following attached documents:

1. FCO

2. SPA

3. POA authorize me as the seller mandate and T/T payment receiver.

It is 18.5% Gross, 17% Net discount for 99.95% or better and 24 carat, about
US$35,068.77 to be paid to me as the T/T payment receiver.

Buyer pays Net 17% discount (83%) of LBMA prices to the seller mandate.

Buyer pays 1.5% as commission to the seller mandate by issuing an separate
IMFPA/NCIDA.

If there is any buyer mandate and or buyer brokers, buyer should pay another
1.5% to the buyer side with one paymaster which should issue the SUB-FPA to
pay the due commission to his member. In this case, it is 20% gross and 17%
net. Buyer can update the FCO and SPA by himself with this modification.

If you agree and accept above terms, kindly read the FCO, SPA and POA
carefully and have them duly filled up, stamped and signed back.
