This video discusses Jesse Russell the African American inventor of digital cell phone technology and THE engineer responsible for this multi-billion dollar industry. Shows how almost nobody else had the vision to see the potential and even Bell Telephone was not interested in exploring the technology which was formerly used primarily for radio communications only.
