MEDITATION FOR PEACE IN YOUR LIFESTYLE:

If your meditation is becoming so routine that you not are feeling it's benefit, take on a new place, add an additional praise, or find something that generally always uplifts you to finding a peaceful setting. God is always ready to supply you space to think on Him.
Think of this:
I will increase my praise and enrich my peace by speaking praises to the Lord.
