Nice breakdown and I must admit writing down an expectation or want list concerning a female is good advise.
Once you get tired of being single and wild and want to settle down you must have standards.
Beyond s*x and looks, how about synergy and measure her strengths spiritually and mentally.
If she is going to have your children you better choose wisely!
