It is not only important to focus on maintaining African American Health but the health of all God's children which, is most vitally essential. In this presentation, we will take a moment to focus on the needs of African American people health care issues because we suffer from an extra disproportion connection to cardiovascular disease.

Research shows that getting 15 minutes three times a week of uncovered sun to either the face, the arms, and legs between the hours of 10am and 2pm releases the vitamin D3 from the fat cells in all the major organs to help with several functions.

In fact, the research shows that the disparity in health related diseases (heart attacks, diabetes, strokes, major cancers {prostate, breast, and colon}, and high blood pressure) plaguing Blacks more deadly than Whites are due to the lack of sun probably due to vanity and not wanting to get darker.

Whereas White people sun bathe, the many things that plague us at younger ages don't plague them but they have more skin cancers compared to these deadlier diseases that plague Black people.
